Katherine “Katie” Arrington currently is the Chief Information Security Officer, CISO(A) to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, ASD(A). In this position, she serves as the central hub and integrator within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, OUSD(A&S), to align acquisition cyber strategy.

As the CISO (A), Ms. Arrington is responsible to ensure the incorporation of integrated security/cyber efforts within USD(A&S) with the purpose of providing a focused and streamlined governance approach and to provide a central coordination point and common compliance standard that serves to synchronize the various existing disparate cyber security efforts and standards across the Department and Industry as it relates to A&S equities.

Ms. Arrington is leading efforts that will help to ensure a robust Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), establish Defense Industrial Base Security and Resilience, and establish a common standard in Cyber Security Standards. She also meets with key Cyber personnel (across both DoD and Federal Agencies) as well as legislators to ensure that changes made in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) are supportive in reaching the goals of decreased spending and increased compliance with current and future standards.

Before assuming her position in OUSD(A&S), Ms. Arrington had an extensive career as a legislator and senior cyber executive. Ms. Arrington was a candidate for South Carolina US House of Representative 2018 and a South Carolina State Representative for 2 terms. She has substantial experience and capabilities in cyber strategy, policy, enablement and implementation across a wide range of domains, including DoD, Federal, Healthcare and State. She acquired her experience in cyber over the past 15 years with Booz Allen Hamilton, Centuria Corporation and Dispersive Networks. This has given her the unique experience of working at a large business, small business and non-traditional contractor for the government. She attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

In his role as CEO and Founder of SailPoint (NYSE:SAIL), Mark brings almost 35 years of experience in technology, with over 20 years as a founder and leader of innovative identity management companies. Under Mark’s direction, the company has grown into a publicly recognized leader in its market. Mark directs and drives the overall vision and strategy for SailPoint, which is underpinned by his commitment and passion for building top-performing teams, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment, and focusing continuously on the needs of customers.

Paul Trulove has worked in product management and strategy for over 20 years, and now serves as the Chief Product Officer at SailPoint. With extensive experience in formulating innovative product strategies, launching new products in early-stage ventures, and growing products into category leaders, he leads our product teams to success through strategic communication and collaboration between our customers, partners and product development teams.

A SailPoint veteran, Paul joined in 2007 as head of product marketing, driving the product strategy, roadmap and messaging for IdentityIQ. He also played a key role in taking SailPoint from its early days as a pioneer in identity governance to a leader in provisioning and, most recently, to embracing new delivery models for identity as the company delivered its first enterprise-ready SaaS solution.

Prior to joining SailPoint, Paul led strategic product initiatives at Newgistics, including launching a variety of new products and services. He has also had marketing and sales positions for a variety of technology enterprises, including Sabre, Inc. and Pervasive Software.

Justin Lewis Abold-LaBreche is the Co-Director, Enterprise Digitalization and Case Management Office, which will spearhead IRS efforts to empower taxpayers and IRS employees to rapidly resolve issues in a simplified digital environment. The office’s efforts will support overall IRS modernization and implementation of long-term changes stemming from the Taxpayer First Act.

Mr. Desmond Adams is the Director of Identity Management for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). In this role Mr. Adams leads DMDC’s identity services initiatives and serves as the Senior Program Manager for the organization’s Identity, Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) Portfolio.

Prior to this role Mr. Adams served as the Chief, Identity and Communications Security Division, Army CIO/G-6. Mr. Adams has held various technical and managerial positions across the Department over the past 36 years.

Timothy Clyde serves as the Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) for NSA’s external identity solutions and service offerings. This portfolio of services includes Digital Rights Management, Data Policy, Entitlements Management, Authorization, Public Key Encryption, and Multi-Factor Authentication. As the LSE for the Agencies Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) efforts in the Department of Defense space, he is focused on solutions that provide Person Entity, Non Person Entities, and Data Object enterprise identities with the necessary levels of assurance to make real time Authorization decisions. This Triad of Identities provides the necessary information to make the Policy Decisions that govern access to Department of Defense (DOD) resources.

Prior to this role, Mr. Clyde served as the Technical Lead for the DOD’s Token Management System, where he was responsible for managing the requirements process and development cycles leading to the systems successful fielding. He spent seven years working directly with the stakeholders to understand the various use cases and requirements across the Combatant Commands, Services, and Agencies in the identity space. He spent the preceding decade in the Enterprise Information Technology Operations space, supporting multiple customers concurrently in the Intelligence Community and private sectors.

Greg Crabb is the Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the U.S .Postal Service. He was named to this role in March 2017 and is responsible for protecting the Postal Service — its employees, customers, critical infrastructure, and information systems — against digital threats. Greg leads a team of information security professionals in defining and executing the Postal Service’s information security strategy, as well as educating stakeholders and the public about the information security mission. He directs, in conjunction with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the investigative response to violations of laws that defend the nation’s mail system from cybercrime and misuse. Crabb also leads efforts in developing secure digital solutions designed to support new and innovative product offerings and strengthen the Postal Service’s business processes. He reports to the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President.

Greg has been acting in this role since July 2016 and has played a critical role in the Postal Service’s ongoing information security transformation. Prior to assuming this role, Greg led a number of programmatic efforts throughout his 21 years as a U.S. Postal Inspection Service Inspector, including strategies focusing on investigating cybercrime, projecting revenue, strengthening export screening processes, and protecting the Postal Service’s assets. His past assignments with the Inspection Service include Inspector in Charge of Revenue, Project and Global Security; Assistant Inspector in Charge, Global Cyber Investigations; and Projects Coordinator, International Fraud, for the San Francisco Division.

Before beginning his career with the Postal Service, Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from North Central College. He is also a graduate of the Postal Service’s Advanced Leadership and Executive Leadership Programs.

Ross Foard has more than 20 years of public sector and commercial identity, credential, access management, and cybersecurity experience. Ross supports the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He is an Electrical and Computer Engineer by training, has an MBA in Technology Management and holds PMP, CISSP, and CIAM professional certifications. He is responsible for leading the architecture and technical integration of several CDM capabilities including Identity and Access Management, BOUND E, and Data Protection. Ross also helps CDM develop strategies and implementation patterns for supporting High Value Assets and Zero-Trust Architecture. Ross’s professional goal is to help agency leaders understand how to identify and prioritize cybersecurity risk and mitigate those risk on a continuous basis addressing the high-risk items first.

Brandon Iske serves as the Chief Engineer for the ID2 Security Enablers Portfolio that includes Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM), Zero Trust (ZT) Architecture, and Software Defined Enterprise (SDE) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

He started his career at DISA through the agency’s recent graduates intern program. From 2010 through 2013, he was with the Endpoint/Enclave Defense team on the Host Based Security System (HBSS) program as the release manager, moving up to the lead engineer. In fall of 2013, he helped initiate the agency’s Mobility program as the unclassified Mobile Device Management (MDM) lead, helping to grow the service in stable and scalable fashion to over 50,000 managed devices. He was promoted in early 2016 and became the DoD Mobility Unclassified Capability (DMUC) program lead, which oversaw unclassified mobile capabilities to include DMUC’s implementation of derived credentials. In early 2017, he was selected to join the Cyber Directorate’s Innovation cell, focused on assured identity. He led Purebred, DoD’s mobile derived credential solution, as well as future efforts focused on mobile multifactor authentication and mobile device key attestation. Starting in late 2018 through 2020, he led the initial planning, acquisition, and execution of DISA’s support to DoD enterprise ICAM capabilities for authentication services and account lifecycle management.

He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He
is a National Science Foundation CyberCorps Scholarship for Service Alumnus.

Frank Konieczny, a Senior Level Executive, is the Air Force Chief Technology Officer, Office of Deputy Chief Information Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. He has primary responsibility to advance the Information Technology landscape of the Air Force. His current focus areas include developing the future technical target baseline, mobility enterprise solutions, data management, Identity, Credential and Access Management access/claims management, mesh networks, artificial intelligence/quantum capabilities, cyber and technology innovation pathfinders and advancing the Joint Information Environment.

Mr. Konieczny has completed advanced degrees in computer science engineering and administrative science, and in 1987 he completed all coursework for a doctorate in computer science. He has extensive experience as a systems analyst and chief programmer, working with a variety of firms including Teledyne Brown Engineering, SAIC and General Research Corporation. He has supported the programming and analytical analysis for a wide spectrum of government projects including ballistic missile defense, network design, missile test analysis, radar systems analysis and simulation, and operations research and statistical analysis. Mr. Konieczny would go on to serve as a project manager, business unit manager, Chief Scientist and Chief Technology Officer. He has managed more than 20 significant government sector programs involving multiple large and small business subcontractors and academic institutions in areas of Army and Navy manpower, logistics, force structure, undersea warfare, real time statistical analysis, biometric authentication, enterprise architecture, work flow management and simulation and modeling.

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Konieczny was employed for 10 years with AT&T Government Solutions professional services business unit. He served as the CIO, CTO and Executive Director for Operations where he managed internal research and development efforts; multi-location infrastructure management and upgrade; process improvement and standardization; support organization coordination; and development of technical solutions for a wide spectrum of projects within the government sector.

Mr. Ward leads a team of cybersecurity specialists providing services across DOJ, including continuous monitoring and diagnostics; security operations and incident response; security architecture; and identity and access management solutions. Previously, he served as CISO for Adient, a global 2000 manufacturer, and as Assistant Director of Security Operations at DOJ. Mr. Ward’s cybersecurity experience also includes eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps.

Susie Adams is the Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft’s Federal Government business and brings with her over 30 years of IT experience. Susie joined Microsoft in 1999 and has held several leadership positions in Microsoft including the Director of the Microsoft Reston Virginia Technology Center and most recently the CTO of the Federal Civilian Business. Prior to joining Microsoft, she spent 16 years in the consulting arena working with customers in both the commercial and government sectors. She held a variety of management and leadership roles including practice manager, systems analyst and software developer. Susie was named as a Fed100 award winner in 2011 and has authored several books on the topics of software integration and web development. Susie is a graduate of George Mason University where she received a BS in Information Systems.

By day, Jerod Brennen (@slandail) is a storyteller, teacher, speaker, advisor, and security architect. He works as an Identity Strategy and Solutions Advisor for SailPoint.

By night, he’s a husband, father, writer, filmmaker, martial artist, musician, and gamer. It’s fair to say that he’s earned every gray hair in his beard, having spent his career fulfilling infosec roles in consulting, higher education, retail, and public utilities.

Jerod loves to share what he’s learned over the years every chance he gets: at local and regional professional meetings, at larger conferences, and online via blogs and podcasts. He has published multiple online information security courses with Pluralsight and LinkedIn Learning, and he also teaches courses in person, both domestically and internationally.

7 years of IAM experience, with the last year being at Lockheed Martin.  Chris spent his final tour of duty with the Marine Corps working in Enterprise Identity and Access Management.  After his retirement, Chris went to work for the US Senate.  After 5 years of working in identity at the Senate and a short stop at Verizon, he landed in his current position is Identity Governance and Administration manager for Lockheed Martin Corporate.

Brian Cooke is a Senior Manager for Accenture Federal Services in their Cybersecurity practice.

Mr. Cooke has been delivering mission-critical programs for several components within the Department of Homeland Security since 2002, most recently with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Over the past 8 years, Cooke has led CBP’s Identity and Access Management program (ICAM) and most recently has guided the transformation of the program utilizing SailPoint’s Identity IQ platform and established identity governance as a priority for both cybersecurity and audit compliance.

Anchal Dube is a Product Manager at SailPoint who has been involved in various projects such as providing Predictive Identity recommendations within IdentityIQ and just recently worked on the new Rapid Setup solution. Although she has been at SailPoint for 2 years, she has worked in software technology for 15 years with exposure to Project Management, Vendor Management, and Product Management. Anchal enjoys being the voice of the customer and partnering with Engineering to prioritize, develop, and deliver solutions for the industry wide challenges that customers face. She holds a Masters in Engineering Management and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Texas – Austin.

Wesley Dunnington has over 25 years in the software industry and is a 15-year veteran of the identity and security space.

Wesley is Senior Director of Architecture and Field CTO for Ping Identity. Wesley is responsible for setting the architectural strategy for Ping’s offerings to meet emerging needs and existing business strategy and meets regularly with customers to help them understand the business value and implications of new technologies.

Wesley is a board member of the OpenID Foundation, and is co-chair of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX) Security working group.

Jeff Frederick is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Yubico, Inc.  where he assists Public Sector customers in developing and implementing strong multi-factor authentication solutions to protect their Information Technology assets and data.  He helps customers develop strategies for topics such as: Identity Proofing, Identity and Credential Lifecycle, Authentication, Authorization, and Compliance.

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in various cybersecurity domains, and especially in the area of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). Prior to Yubico, Jeff assisted Federal Government Agencies and numerous commercial organizations implement large scale ICAM programs for both internal and external identities.

Jeff holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Credentials. He is also a member of the FIDO Alliance’s Government Deployment Working Group (GDWG).

Dean leverages his extensive knowledge and 30 years of experience in information technology and in the U.S. Air Force to guide and grow Forescout’s engagements within the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). Dean’s unique insights and strategic counsel enable Forescout’s defense team to successfully navigate key decision chains inside the DOD, resulting in customer success through enterprise deployments. He also assists Forescout’s global public sector engagement efforts in part by educating customers on best practices gleaned through Forescout’s extensive participation in U.S. government programs. Prior to joining Forescout, Dean served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force as a communications and cyber officer, serving in various leadership positions for Air Force and Joint Commands. Dean has a BS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Delaware and three master’s degrees in Public Administration, Military Operations, and National Security and Strategic Studies.

George Jackson is the director of events at Government Executive Media Group – the largest and most-influential media company in the public sector marketplace. George joined GEMG in October of 2020 to enhance the scale of their events and audience experiences.

He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2006, he earned his master’s in broadcast journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.

George spent the first five years of his journalism career at WJHL-TV in Johnson City Tenn. – beginning as an overnight producer for the station’s 6 a.m. broadcast. He advanced to lead on-air reporter for WJHL’s 11 p.m. newscast.

As a reporter, George examined the earnings of two non-profit hospital systems, felony charges filed against a local sheriff, predatory paving companies, a health benefits backlog for local veterans, and a series of cold-case murder investigations. He received an honorable mention for Best TV Reporter in the 2011 Tennessee AP Broadcast awards and won a Best Investigative Reporting award from Media General in 2010.

George joined DC’s ABC affiliate WJLA-TV in 2012 to produce Capital Insider, which won him an Emmy award. One year later, he developed and recorded the pilot episode of Government Matters – a program about the business of government. It debuted as a weekly show on Sunday, August 4^th of 2013. George led Government Matters through September of 2020, expanded its reach to a daily worldwide audience, and produced its first feature-length documentary “The Dawn of Generation AI.”

George is from Toledo, Ohio. He lives with his wife, twin daughters, and a pair of rescue dogs in Northern Virginia.

Anish specializes in the Identity Access Management & Enterprise Service Management Solutions with Column-Highmetric. He has over 16 years’ experience in IT industry. He has worked for Column since 2007 to design and deliver enterprise solutions for leading organizations across many industries. He brings a wealth of process and technical knowledge; customer success and best practices experience to each and every engagement. Most recently, he was closely involved in design and development of Integration between SailPoint & ServiceNow that delivers cross-domain functionality to support digital transformation.

He graduated with Master’s in Computer Science in 2004. He lives with his wife and two wonderful kids in suburbs of Chicago.

Jeff Kidwell is a 30 year Software Industry veteran that has been leading  SailPoint business activities in the Vertical Markets of US Federal Government, State and Local Governments, Higher Education, and Healthcare.  Jeff joined SailPoint in 2015 and has been working with SailPoint Customers, Partners and Prospects mapping SailPoint solutions to customer requirements while helping customers meet their desired business outcome.  Prior to SailPoint, Jeff spent years in the Software Industry building and growing Sales Teams for technology companies  with a focus on the adoption of new technology.  These Technologies include Red Hat Linux, Big Data Technologies and Cybersecurity Solutions.

Dan is a Sr Director of Product and his teams are responsible for IdentityIQ and File Access Manager.  Dan has several years of experience in security and financial enterprise software (more than he would like to admit); he is in his fourth year at SailPoint.  He is the proud father of two wonderful kids (both off the payroll) and enjoys traveling, especially to our National Parks, with his wife of twenty eight years.

Victor Martinez is a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager at Forcepoint focused on the DOD with over 20 years experience in technology, Cyber Security,  and Networking.  He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and is passionate about developing high-performance teams, security, blockchain, and delivering innovative solutions to help defense, intelligence and federal customers improve outcomes, increase efficiency and decrease costs.

Jim Matney has over 35 years working in the military and federal government contracting industry in a variety of senior leadership positions. Mr. Matney currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the DISA and Enterprise Services Sector for General Dynamics Information Technology’s (GDIT) Defense Division. Mr. Matney is responsible for operating and growing the business across DISA, JSP, and Defense Agencies. He has extensive knowledge and experience leading programs supporting the DoD and implementing innovative solutions and emerging technologies. His career encompasses broad experience implementing enterprise solutions that include systems engineering and integration, software engineering and development, enterprise resource planning (ERP), network operations, cloud architectures, information assurance, cybersecurity, satellite communications, and IT services management.

Prior to joining the Defense Division at GDIT, Mr. Matney began his career in IT with the Air Force, spending half of his career as a Telecommunications/Computer Specialist in the Enlisted Ranks and finishing out his 25 year career as a Communications Officer. After retiring from the Air Force, he became a government civilian at US Pacific Command (PACOM) where he led a technical team responsible for promoting optimal functionality across collaboration software, information management, knowledge management, and emerging technologies for the US Navy. He also deployed to Iraq with the Army where he was the advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (I-MoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). Following his deployment in Iraq, he supported Operation Tomodachi and led the design and development of collaboration solutions for the U.S. Forces and Japan, working with Google, local Japanese, and the Joint Task Force.

In the federal government contracting industry, Mr. Matney began at URS/AECOM as a Program Manager of the Unmanned Aerial Squadron Operations Center Support (UASOCS) contract, which is the IT support contract for the Air Force’s Predator/Reaper program. He later went on to GDIT (formerly CSRA, SRA) where he was the Chief Architect for the Defense Division, directly contributing to the successful capture of new business. He then went onto Engility to lead their corporate technology and innovation organization. After the SAIC acquisition of Engility, he led their enterprise solutions architect team and established a corporate-wide Solution Development Process.

Mr. Matney is currently working on his Doctorate in Computer Science and holds a Master of Science in Management (Information Technology) from Colorado Technical University and Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition, he holds the following certifications: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Over 17 years of IT experience with the last 15 years in Identity and Access Management development, deployment, system design, and implementation. Proficient in all tenants of information security as well as possesses a strong background in debugging and troubleshooting, business process analysis, governance/risk/compliance (“GRC”) solution implementation, integration, programming, security auditing, and access control. Has experience working with clients in a myriad of verticals including health care, energy, education, retail, engineering/technology, and many more. Specializing in SailPoint technologies.

Christine is a recovering attorney who found solace in identity and access management (IAM) consulting. She is interested in securing people, things, applications, devices, and the cloud using IAM principles. Christine is one of the leaders of the Identity and Access Management Team within the Cybersecurity Team at Guidehouse. She currently oversees and manages a substantial (20+) team comprised of multiple companies and contracts to provide enterprise IAM solutions to a large Federal agency.

Christine began her career in IAM by learning the principles while consulting for an IAM program that encompassed the entire Federal government. She then moved into a sandbox, teaching First Responders how to secure their systems; her work resulted in the ICAM Educational Series, published on the DHS S&T website. Christine is also a frequent speaker on IAM, and has spoken at Identiverse on Identity Governance; DHS on IAM Policies in SLTT Systems; and the ACT-IAC IAM Forum on Identity Management for First Responders.

Dana is a SailPoint Distinguished Sales Engineer and Lead Sales Liaison for SailPoint’s Predictive Identity ‘IdentityAI’ product. Dana has over 18  years in Identity Management, having applied IGA experience in most vertical markets, including Health Care, Retail, Finance, Defense, and Higher Education.  Dana’s career IAM experience spans the full breadth of IAM related responsibilities, including Software Development, Implementation, Design, Business Process Consulting, Software Sales, & Sales Engineering.

Bryan Rosensteel is a Cyber Security Architect, Public Sector at Cisco’s Duo Security. In his role, Bryan helps to provide guidance around implementing solutions for modernizing authentication. Prior to joining Duo, Bryan spent more than a decade working with Identity Credential and Management (ICAM) systems within and alongside US Federal entities. Additionally, Bryan has extensive experience with public key infrastructure (PKI) deployments for physical smart cards and derived personal identity verification credentials (PIV-D/DPC), machine readable travel documents (MRTDs), as well as the suite of NIST SP 800-63b authenticators including out of band authentication (OOBA), one-time passcodes (OTP), and many others. He has worked in an industry advisory role for various federal agencies and organizations, including NIST’s National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCOE), the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC), and the Federal Public Key Infrastructure (FPKI) Certificate Policy Working Group (CPWG).

Jim Russell has led the Federal Sales Team  at SailPoint for the past 3 years, enabling federal agencies to modernize their identity program to address the current threat landscape. Prior to joining SailPoint, Jim has held Public Sector leadership roles of increasing responsibility  and growth with Kratos Defense, Symantec and IBM as well as other technology organizations spanning over 25 years.  Jim holds multiple degrees from Penn State University and is active in numerous public sector associations.

Alisha Scott has developed some of the largest and most secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for nearly a decade. Directly from college, Alisha was selected into a government program to rapidly grow new identity solutions engineers and placed into a highly complex customer implementation pushing the products and standards to new lengths.  Throughout this program, Alisha made a significant impact on the project and continued growing her knowledge base. Over the last seven years, Alisha has led the creation of many successful governance systems for both the government and commercial sectors, including those for Capital One and the Department of Homeland Security. Utilizing her undergraduate Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia, coupled with her Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, she has championed not only development best practices but additionally brought code management and automation into the Identity and Access Management world. In her spare time, she loves to expand her knowledge of IAM systems, including SailPoint’s IdentityIQ and SecurityIQ and ForgeRock’s Identity Management platform. Esteban Soto is a Senior Sales Engineer here at SailPoint Technologies. Esteban’s primary focus for the past 7+ years has been helping Federal Government and DOD agencies secure their applications across their connected and disconnected environments. As a cloud enthusiast, Esteban has been an integral member of our Cloud Governance team, and has been leading the charge in making sure that we keep a close ear to our customer’s needs- making sure that as company, we stay aligned. Esteban holds various industry certifications; recently becoming a certified Amazon Web Services Architect.

In his spare time, Esteban enjoys playing sports and playing music. Preferably, both at a nearby beach.

Petko brings two decades of experience in Cyber Security, Anti-Tamper, Program Management and Go-To Market Strategy to the company. Prior to joining Forcepoint, Petko served as McAfee’s Chief Technical Strategist for Public Sector and was responsible for leading the development and strategy for McAfee’s government technology roadmap, FedRAMP efforts, and enabling sales technical resources. At McAfee, Petko worked with government and commercial enterprise C-Level customers and served their Trusted Advisor and focused on architecture and risk-based outcomes by leveraging value and metrics-based methodologies. Prior to McAfee, Petko held multiple quasi-government roles within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense driving IT modernization and cyber security initiatives in securing customer data and improving their security posture. Petko comes to cybersecurity with a diverse technical capability and a unique background in unmanaged aircrafts, radar technology and systems development cyber resilience. In addition to holding multiple certifications such as a CEH, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCFA and a PMP, Petko earned a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and a master’s in Engineering Management from the George Washington University.

Grady Summers has a variety of technology and leadership positions spanning over 20 years and now serves as the Executive Vice President of Solutions and Technology at SailPoint. Grady is responsible for driving SailPoint’s technology roadmap and solution strategy, ensuring strong and consistent execution across SailPoint’s identity portfolio. Most recently, Grady was the Executive Vice President of Products and Customer Success at FireEye. Prior to that, Grady was a Principal at Ernst and Young, helping to lead the firm’s information security practice, and was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at General Electric, overseeing a large global cybersecurity organization.

Matt Topper has spent his career building some of the most secure IAM implementations in the world. His love of large scale, complex, automated solutions has dropped him into the center of the coming hybrid security onslaught. Matt brings a unique perspective to the future of IAM implementations where the walled gardens have fallen the trust by verify rule the security world. He is lucky enough to lead some of the best identity and access management team members there are at UberEther and truly enjoys seeing the success they’ve been able to bring to their customers.

Jim Walker is an IAM Manager with Focal Point’s Service Delivery team and brings more than 20 years of experience as a System Program Manager. Jim has a demonstrated history supporting large-scale technology deployments in the government space. Prior to Focal Point, Jim worked as a Logical Access Control Systems Program Manager for the U.S. Department of the Treasury where he provided comprehensive program and project management as part of the Treasury Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (TEICAM) Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ohio University.
